Lisa started her recruitment career over 20 years ago in Los Angeles where she worked exclusively with law firms placing at all levels in the firm. She then took an opportunity in a corporate recruitment role advancing to the HR Director in the organization within a few years.

Since that time, Lisa has continued in recruitment working for various companies such as Manpower and Qualstaff. She has also been instrumental in the start up of three recruiting firms and has gained valuable insight as an HR professional for both Publicitas and CRS Temporary Housing. Given this unique background, Lisa understands the challenges that organizations face when finding talent and also the rewards and solution that executive search offers. Her success in the search business has allowed her to build an expansive network of clients that have come to know her as a trusted advisor and true business partner.

In 2014, Lisa formed a discussion group where leaders come together to discuss relevant high level topics of interest, stay abreast of current legislation and network together. This group is still active and includes representatives from companies such as Intel, GoDaddy, Freedom Financial, Taylor Morrison Homes, Meritage Homes, Silicon Valley Bank, TGen, Capital Lumber, and Northrup Grumman to name a few.

Lisa was born in Michigan and relocated with her family to Austin, Texas, where she attended St Edward’s University and majored in Psychology. Lisa has also lived in Los Angeles and currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona.
