Cindy serves as Healthcare Practice Co-Leader for TowerHunter and is a nationally recognized consultant serving clients in the healthcare and nonprofit sectors. For over 25 years, she has dedicated her work to helping clients evaluate talent and culture, recruit and build effective Boards of Directors and high performing leadership teams. She is known for placing diverse, culturally competent executives who contribute to her clients’ successes in today’s increasingly complex business environments.
Cindy and her teams have led more than 1000 assignments – often building complete teams or departments. She is dedicated to serving her clients, creating strong partnerships and has an unwavering commitment to bring change and innovation to healthcare and the communities served by her clients.
Cindy began her professional career working at Ameriprise and Piper Jaffray. In 1995, she joined a New York based international search firm. Subsequently, Cindy launched her own company, Chandler Group Executive Search which became nationally recognized in healthcare and ranked by Modern Healthcare as Top 20 search firm.
She is active in the healthcare industry and community serving on the Advisory Board of Women Business Leaders in Healthcare and the Board of Angel Foundation. Cindy’s past service includes Children’s Cancer Research Fund, American Diabetes Association, Women’s Health Leadership TRUST, and Tribute to the Troops.
