VP of Human Resources at HOPCo

TowerHunter announces the recent appointment of Barb Snyder to Vice President of Human Resources at HOPCO (Healthcare Outcomes Performance Company). Barb brings to HOPCo a diverse background in human resources including extensive experience in operations, M&A, talent development, and Six Sigma Green Belt.  Her prior roles include successful assignments at Veregy, Ultra-Clean, and Starbucks.

Barb will serve as a key member of the HOPCo HR executive search team in her new role, providing strategic guidance to the organization’s HR operations. She will be responsible for the strategic organization-wide direction and implementation of a Human Resource’s Center of Excellence including Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and HR Business Partner strategies.
