TowerHunter announces the recent appointment of Mark Dunn to Vice President Organization and Leadership Development at Vidant Health in Greenville, North Carolina. Mark brings to Vidant Health a background in healthcare with demonstrated results in leadership development and organizational change.
He has most recently led the integration of the Talent Management functions for the University of Virginia and University of Virginia Health System. In his new role, Mark will be responsible for talent management including leadership development, change management, succession planning, strategy execution and coaching for all of Vidant Health.
