Kumar PV, an Accenture and Avanade veteran with nearly three decades of IT industry experience, will be responsible for designing and leading Performance Improvement Partners’ transformation strategy by expanding the firm’s offering to meet the technology-driven value creation needs of the market today. In addition, he will oversee delivery management and business operations, as well as partner with key practice leads to enhance and grow the firm’s capabilities, which currently serve more than 200 private equity firms and their various portfolio companies. Kiran brings to this role strong business acumen, strategic thinking and deep experience in technology, as well as the ability to build and lead high performing teams through transformational growth.
