VICE PRESIDENT HUMAN RESOURCES AT INTEGRIS

TowerHunter announces the placement of Keith Minnis as Vice President Human Resources at INTEGRIS Health in Oklahoma City, OK.  Keith brings to INTEGRIS the full spectrum of Human Resources experience in healthcare working in various leadership roles at Norman Regional Health System, Baylor Scott & White, and Mercy.  In his most recent role, Keith was a Regional Vice President at Ascension Healthcare responsible for Human Resources across multiple states.

In his new role at INTEGRIS, Keith will have system wide responsibility for Talent Acquisition, HR Operations including compensation, benefits, and HRIS.  Keith’s prior successes in leading changes at other health systems as they consolidate systems and processes will be of significant value as INTEGRIS moves forward in executing their overall strategy.
