TowerHunter announces the recent appointment of Lea Fourkiller to Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at INTEGRIS Health in Oklahoma City, OK. Lea brings to INTEGRIS Health a stellar background in the Compliance profession as an internal leader in the healthcare space as well as providing consulting services to healthcare and industry clients. Her prior roles incude successful assignments at Tenet Healthcare, Conifer Health Solutions and Ankura Consulting.
In her new role at INTEGRIS, Lea will oversee the entire Compliance and Privacy function for the health system as they continue their quest to integrate their functions across all facilities. Her responsibilities include the development, implementation and administration of a comprehensive, organization-wide compliance program in this large health system to ensure the enterprise is compliant with all local, state and federal laws and regulations, and organizational policies and procedures. Lea will have tremendous opportunity to assess and align her own team and standard work to support the compliance plan and privacy programs.
