She has led compensation planning and design efforts for executive leadership teams and boards of directors, including the development of market-informed compensation structures and governance best practices.

Throughout her career, Merryman has played a key role in preparing Compensation Discussion & Analysis (CD&A) disclosures for proxy statements, managing deferred compensation communications and enrollment, and conducting detailed market benchmarking for executive and mid-level roles. She has also completed targeted peer group analyses and advised boards on compensation trends, competitive positioning, and strategic decision-making.

Merryman began her career in trust and investment management roles with a Fortune 500 financial institution, where she earned her Series 7 license before transitioning into executive compensation and advisory work.
