As a member of the TowerHunter team, Tameron has over ten years of recruiting experience.  She has completed a number of leadership search engagements that included finding leaders in finance and accounting, information technology, human resources, and operations.  At TowerHunter, Tameron is utilizing her research and recruiting skills to support the firm’s search assignments with a focus on leadership roles in healthcare and insurance.

She is a strong believer in organizational fit striving to distinguish between those candidates who simply satisfy the stated requirements of the job, and those who have the qualifications, experience and personal characteristics to both succeed and prosper in a given organization.

Prior to joining TowerHunter, Tameron led the successful start-up of a branch office for a regional staffing company in Fort Worth, Texas.  In this role, she specialized in business development, sourcing and selection of talent.

Tameron is a Certified Staffing Professional (CSP), with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Texas Tech University.
