Patricia Buckley is SVP/Partner with TowerHunter. She brings over 20 years of search experience as well as her prior corporate recruitment and human resources background to all her searches. Pat’s industry specialties include healthcare, higher education, financial services and non-profit. She is very hands-on with her clients and our recruiting teams in order to identify strong talent for placement with her clients. Experienced working within a wide range of industries, she has been successful filling positions at all levels up to and including the C-suite. She adds a high degree of value to the clients she partners with and prides herself in providing only outstanding service to her clients and candidates.
Having worked for a Fortune 500 company, a public accounting firm and a research/recruitment firm, Pat has developed a well-rounded background as a diversified human resources professional. She began her professional career with Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC) in New York and later worked for American Express in their headquarters in New York as well as their Operating Center in Phoenix. In these roles, Pat gained extensive experience in recruitment, selection and employee relations. In her role at TowerHunter, she conducts comprehensive, in-depth searches for clients that exceed the expected with a track record of successful placements of individuals that have advanced within the organizations where they were placed.
Committed to philanthropy, Pat currently Chairs the Board of Directors of Dress for Success – Phoenix, an organization that empowers women to achieve economic independence. Previously, she served as Vice Chair on the national Board of Directors of NPH USA, a charitable organization that serves disadvantaged children. She has also enjoyed the experience of hosting exchange students from Armenia and Tanzania for U.S. State Department-sponsored academic exchange programs.
Pat holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Mount St. Mary’s College.
