TowerHunter is pleased to announce Gretchen Hofeling as the new Chief Financial Officer at Louisiana Workers Compensation Corporation (LWCC). Gretchen’s stellar career incorporates relevant experience in worker compensation insurance and dealing with a wide variety of clients with her Audit practice. Under Gretchen’s leadership, she will bring strategic focus for the business and operational direction.
Most recently, Gretchen was Vice President, Corporate Controller at Employers Holdings, Inc. in Reno, Nevada. Other experience includes AmCOMP, Inc. in North Palm Beach, Florida and Ernst & Young LLP, Salt Lake City, Utah.
Louisiana Workers’ Compensation Corporation (LWCC), Louisiana’s largest workers’ compensation carrier, is headquartered in Baton Rouge and provides coverage to approximately 17,000 policyholders. It is a private, nonprofit mutual insurance company that revitalized a workers’ compensation system in Louisiana. LWCC has delivered record policyholder dividends over the last few years and carries an “A” (Excellent) rating from A.M. Best.
